What is an SMM panel?

Absolutely! Our SMM services are 100% safe to use, they won't get you banned.
What is a mass order?
Use the mass order option when you need to place multiple orders at the same time.
Here how you can use it:
You put the service ID followed by | followed by the link followed by | followed by quantity on each line
Let's say you want to use the Mass Order to add Instagram likes to your 3 accounts: Test1, Test2, Test3
From the Services List: | ID: 221 Service: Instagram Likes
Let's say you want to add 1000 likes for each account, the output will be like this:
ID|Link|Quantity
Example:

221|Test3|1000
What is Drip-feed?
Drip-feed is a powerful tool that allows you to build the engagement slower, depending on your desired speed. For example, if you want 1000 likes on your post, you can portion this quantity to make it all look seamless: 100 likes/day for 10 days, as an option.
What do the Emojis mean in the service name?
⛔️ = The order has a cancel button. This can be found in the orders page next to the order that has the cancel emoji.
Please note: Sometimes it's too late to stop an order. The cancel button is not 100% guaranteed.
♻️ = The order has a refill button. This can be found in the orders page next to the order that has the refill button.
Please note: If you see this emoji in the service name, please use the refill button next to the order (In the orders page) to refill the service. If you are having issues, then open a ticket to refill the order.
How do I know if a order has a refill?
Here is an example of a service and how to read it:
YouTube Likes [Refill: 30 Days] [Max: 100K] [Start Time: 0-12 Hours] [Speed: 50K/Day]
1: We see the service is YouTube Likes
2: We see a refill option of 30 days. In this case, we do not have a refill emoji, so that means in order to get a refill, you must open a ticket with the order ID. If you do not see a refill, this means the order does not offer refill. If you see the
"♻️" refill emoji, this means you do not have to open a ticket. In this case, all you have to do is go to the orders page, and click the refill button next to the order to refill the order.
3: We see the service has a max order of 100k. This means you can not order more than 100k likes for this service.
4: Then we see the start time, which is an estimate on how long this service takes to start.
5: Finally, we can see the speed, which is another estimate on how fast this service is to complete.
Order Information:
What are the "Partial" & "Canceled" status?
Partial status means that we delivered some part of your order and the remaining amount is refunded straight to your balance. The canceled status means the service is having issues. Why does this occur? Either the server had a problem with your order or our server couldn't fulfill the whole order on time so it delivered it partially. Does it happen often? No. In the end, you got what you paid for, the remaining is back to your balance! If you notice the "Partial" or "Canceled" statuses, just try a different service for the time being, then try again in the future.
My order is not starting, what to do?
Be patient and always look for the time estimate in the serivce name. The start time that you can see in the service name is just an approximation for that server to start processing your order, sometimes servers are overloaded and you will need to wait. If the order is stuck, then open up a ticket and we will solve it.
How can I get a help with my order?
Simply open up a ticket by clicking on the "Ticket" button in the menu and our Support Team will be more than glad to help you! You must create an account to have access to the ticket page.
Cancel button / Refill button is not working for me?
The cancel or refill button sends a trigger to cancel or refill an order, it doesn't work instantly, it's just a trigger. Sometimes it's too late to stop an order, and sometimes an order might not need a refill or the service doesn't have a refill.
Do you offer refunds?
Of course, we do! But before you open up a request for a refund, make sure to read our Terms of Service tab in order to know if you are compatible to get your refund!
