General

1. By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed Terms of Service whether you read them or not.

4. Our rates & services are subject to change at any time without notice. The Terms of Service stay in effect in the case of rate/service changes.
5. We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our providers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.
6. Once an order is marked as completed, any potential drops that may occur are not within our liability (If the order has refill, we will refill the dropped amount).
7. We are not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or terminations resulting from the use of our services.
8. Any payments sent that are above the required invoice balance will not be refunded or credited to your account. Make sure the exact amount is sent that is shown to you.
9. We will answer your tickets within 0-24H.

Service

1. We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.
2. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
3. We make no guarantees for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders. However, these are only estimates.
4. You will NOT use SurrealGrowth.com to promote anything that violates the Terms of Service of popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other online communities. This includes materials involving nudity or non-compliant content.
5. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future/past orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to your or your client's Telegram/TikTok/Twitter, or other social media account.
6. Refills for certain orders is contingent upon the service's continued availability and functionality, and we are not liable for any inability to refill if the service is removed or ceases to operate.
7. If you submit multiple orders for the same service, only the latest order will be eligible for a refill (provided it is still within the designated refill period). To qualify for a refill, your current follower count must equal or surpass the start count of the most recent order. Refills will only be initiated once this minimum start count requirement is achieved within the specified refill period.
8. The user who placed the order is deemed to have read and accepted all the Terms of Service.
9. The use of services provided by "SurrealGrowth.com" establishes agreement to these Terms of Service. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of service and "SurrealGrowth.com" will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read all the Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

1. Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time, wait until the first order is completed. We will not refund for these orders.
2. Do not place the same orders twice until the first one will be completed, canceled, or partialled. No cancellation will be made and both orders will be marked as "completed". We can't deliver you the correct number of followers, likes, views, etc. in such cases. We will not refund for these orders.
3. Your social media profile should not be private when ordering our services. Make sure the account is public and stays public before ordering. No refunds will be provided if the account is made private.
4. Misplaced orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
5. No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SurrealGrowth.
6. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account and no refund will be provided. There are no exceptions.
7. Orders placed in SurrealGrowth will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SurrealGrowth account if the order is non-deliverable.
8. The cancellation and refund rights of this service are reserved in accordance with the SurealGrowth Terms of Service agreement.
9. We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

Privacy

1. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
